An all-in-one cab rental management app
We designed and developed a custom mobile app for Fourways Vehicle Solutions, a vehicle rental company. Foursky is a complete solution for managing drivers, hirings, vehicles, and customer issues with minimal effort, using Android and iOS smartphones.
The app helps cab drivers manage and update past, current and future hirings; report mileage, damage and customer issues; and retrieve vehicle details if needed.
The built-in messaging system helps admins and drivers to be in touch in real-time for issues like vehicle damage, updates, etc.
Foursky Fourways Vehicle Solutions provides vehicle rental services in the UK and beyond, for cars, trucks, etc, with flexible options like self-drive, commercial rental, etc.
Key features and highlights
A complete app for cab hiring and management
Drivers and admins can manage current, past and future hirings using a very simple interface with booking details like schedule time, date and duration; and real-time hiring status updates like live, confirmed and pending.
The app provides important hiring information like booker name, destination, tariff, duration, driver and vehicle details to both the drivers and the managers. The app also enables drivers to report damage and customer issues for each hiring if required.
The drivers and the fleet manager can easily chat using an integrated messaging system and discuss vehicle damage and customer service issues, ensuring timely and effective team communication, and ultimately a comfortable ride experience.
